Rapidshare is a file host website like Imageshack or whatever. You can host a 100MB file for free on Rapidshare. However the people who are downloading the file from Rapidshare site have restrictions on how much they can download, 100MB files at a time with a 180 minute wait period before your next download. By using these links you can bypass that wait timer. The links download the file you want from Rapidshare. By using a premium account and a table that usually allocates around 5 downloads per IP address for a 24 hour period they can host your file instantly so you get it from there, instead of Rapidshare. It's a middle-man, basically allowing you more downloads in a shorter time frame.
